Accessibility Statement

ServiceGuild's commitment to an accessible website, aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA.

Last reviewed: October 2026

Our commitment

ServiceGuild is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards across the site.

What we do

We design with strong colour contrast, clear typography at a minimum 16px body size, generous spacing, keyboard-navigable navigation and forms, descriptive labels, and semantic structure to support assistive technologies.

Keyboard & navigation

All interactive elements — menus, links, forms and buttons — can be reached and operated using a keyboard. Focus states are visible and logical tab order is preserved.

Forms

Form fields are labelled, required fields are indicated, and validation messages are provided in text. GDPR consent checkboxes are keyboard-accessible and clearly labelled.

Images & media

Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative imagery is marked appropriately so screen readers can skip it.

Reading & motion

Text can be resized using browser settings without loss of function. Animations are subtle and respect reduced-motion preferences where supported.

Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some third-party content or older documents may not yet meet our standards. We welcome feedback to help us improve.

Feedback & contact
